My Therapeutic Approach
I believe therapy is a journey of transformation—one that involves understanding trauma, exploring personal narratives, and rediscovering inner strength. My work integrates trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-
focused therapy, combined with mindfulness and holistic principles.
Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or the long-term effects of trauma, I create a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment for exploration and change. Together, we identify hidden patterns, heal emotional
wounds, and build tools to help you thrive with authenticity and purpose.

Owner & Therapist
Rose Smith
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, currently training as a Brainspotting Consultant. I’ve been a licensed clinician for the past several years, with a broader background in behavioral health going back further at the bachelor’s level. My clinical focus is trauma, dual diagnosis, and relational patterns. I own Rose Therapy, a group practice where I also provide clinical supervision to a team of clinicians. I’m drawn to Brainspotting for its ability to work with the body’s own capacity to process and release what talk alone can’t always reach, and I look forward to supporting other clinicians as they bring this work into their own practices.

Therapist
Joanna Poague LCSW
Joanna joins us from Southern Oregon where she has lived for many years. She has experience working in community and forensic mental health and is currently working with adults providing telehealth and in person therapy services.

Joanna's therapeutic focus lies in childhood and developmental trauma recovery, relationship challenges, life transitions, guilt, shame, codependency and addiction issues.
