The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work:  Couples Workshop

This is a group workshop with a trained leader.  This is not a therapy group, so I can work with you no matter your location.

If you have a group of couples that would like this workshop in person, I can travel and teach this workshop in your community or at a retreat. Contact me to discuss this.

Upcoming Workshop in January 2024

  • Would you like a stronger, closer relationship with your partner?

  • Do you have difficulty communicating and understanding each other?

  • Are you stuck, arguing in circles?

  • Are you in a good relationship but would like to make it better?

Then This Workshop Is For You

The Gottman Seven Principles Program is based on the book Seven Principles for Making Marriage/Relationship Work, by John M. Gottman Ph.D. and Nan Silver, the master guide for anyone who wants their relationship to attain its highest potential.

Workshops

During the workshop you will work with dynamic exercises that are proven to help couples:

  • Improved friendship, fondness, & admiration

  • Enhance romance & intimacy

  • Manage conflict constructively

  • Gain skills to address perpetual and solvable problems

  • Create shared meaning

  • Maintain gains that last a lifetime

  • The Seven Principles Couples program provides a great opportunity for pre-marital couples to learn skills that can enrich their relationship through a lifetime together.

This is not group therapy. Leaders do not encourage you to share about your personal lives to the group. Leaders will not give advice.

Couples will be opening up to each other using the skills taught in class.

Who is this best for?
